Integrating with WooCommerce

Prerequisites

Before integrating WooCommerce with DropNext, ensure you have:

• A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and activated
• Administrator access to your WordPress site
• A DropNext account
• WooCommerce 3.0 or higher

Installing the DropNext plugin

To connect WooCommerce to DropNext:

1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
2. Go to "Plugins" > "Add New"
3. Search for "DropNext for WooCommerce"
4. Click "Install Now" and then "Activate"

Configuring the plugin

After installation, configure the plugin:

1. Go to "WooCommerce" > "Settings" > "Integration" > "DropNext"
2. Enter your DropNext API key (found in your DropNext account under "Settings" > "API")
3. Configure which products to fulfill through DropNext
4. Set up order sync preferences
5. Configure shipping options
6. Save your settings

Product synchronization

To synchronize your WooCommerce products with DropNext:

1. Go to "Products" in your WordPress dashboard
2. Select the products you want to fulfill through DropNext
3. Edit each product or use bulk edit
4. Check the "Fulfill with DropNext" option
5. Save changes

Order processing workflow

Once integrated, the order processing workflow is:

1. Customer places an order on your WooCommerce store
2. Order is automatically sent to DropNext
3. DropNext processes and fulfills the order
4. Tracking information is sent back to WooCommerce
5. Customer receives shipping notifications
